Shipping Information
All orders receive Free USPS First Class Shipping.
All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped VIA USPS.
We reserve the right to select the appropriate shipping service for Free Shipping options based on locality.
UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are calculated based on location.
Shipping dates do not include Holiday Delivery.
All items are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Worldwide shipping is available. Rates vary depending on country and calculated at checkout. Delivery time will vary depending on carrier and destination. Typically, packages are delivered between 14 to 30 business days. Customs clearance fees (VAT) for all international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Actual shipping times may vary and we cannot guarantee actual delivery dates. Please refer to UPS or USPS for actual ship times. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Policy
All jewelry returned must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tag still attached. Items may be returned and exchanged within 10 days of receipt based on tracking information.
Returned items without the original tag attached will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Free shipping and Free returns on all orders within the United States. Orders are eligible for one free exchange without additional shipping costs.
All returns/exchanges must be dropped off at USPS within 10 days of return label generation. Labels are automatically canceled in 10 days and all return/exchange requests will be voided.
Customer is responsible for shipping and return costs on international orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to track lost/stolen international packages as we do not have any control over foreign postal services.
Price adjustments can be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase to receive sale pricing if the exact size and color are currently in-stock.
Customers are responsible for obtaining shipping insurance on all return shipments at their own discretion. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
All jewelry warranty are valid for 90 days on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us with any questions.
